Clock skew detected means that gccthinks your compuier clock is not right.
The normal reason for this is that files are modified/created in the
future. Try doing:
find /usr/src/linux -type f -exec touch {} \;
and see if that helps things (it will set the modification date of all the
files in /usr/src/linux to the corrent date).

This suggests that gcc is probably right about your clock. Does date give
anything like a sensible time?

It doesn't matter in itself. The only problem is that it will break
make in that it will not be able to correctly figure out what needs
compiling. It might, however, indicate that there is a more serious
problem.
