Dial up server.

I am having problems getting a ppp server to work properly.  I can get
the server to answer the phone line, but I can't get the server to
properly negotiate a line speed in the ppp handshake.  I was wondering
if there is someplace with better documentation on this that what comes
with PPP.  Most of the documentation there is aimed at dialing out not
setting up a Dynamic PPP server.  Thanks for any help.
