You have a few choises, 

1) use 'procinfo'
2) do; 'cat /proc/interrupts'
3) 'setseriel /dev/ttyS#' Where # is a number, will show the comport info.
4) open up the machine and look whats there.

Really 1,2 and 3 will answer your questions, 4 is my Xmas humor..
It looks promising, we will have a White Xmas here, theres snow all over my
X screens.
