Installing linux with NT

I have NT and 95 on my PC, i plan to put the workstation on also (NT).

I would to know which would be better to avoid screwing up the NT Loader
LILO or Loadlin. I would also like to know how to create a Linux boot
disk so I can use a floppy to boot. I have not yet installed linux and I
am using redhat 5
