Well, I downloaded the latest server's source code from xfree86.org, and
compiled it. Now I got XF86_SVGA and XF86_S3V. Problem is, when run XF86config
, my video card is not listed in there, since I'm using the xf86config that
came with redhat 5.0. I think if I get a later version
things will work. Alternatively, if any of you guys have S3 Virge GX/2
(83C357 chipset), please mail your XF86CONFIG file to me, and I'll cut and
paste the section for the video card and moniter etc.
