boot messages

Ladies and Gentelmen,

I wanted to see the boot messages. I used the command:

dmesg > boot.msg

I obtained a file containing the boot messages from the beggining to
"mounting filesystem in read-only mode"

How can I get the last part(with the daemons start) from "remounting
filesystem in read-write mode" to login ?
