Three things
1) Read a howto - the PPP howto or the ISP mini howto
2) Read the redhat manual - Redhat have a GUI PPP config
tool in the control panel - this should appear when you
start X as root. If you do not have the boxed set of
Redhat, the manual is in html in the CD.
3) Use Windows, download Xisp or Ezppp (search for them
from yahoo) and install them. Follow their instructions,
and your done.
Any of these three should help.
