I'm having some trouble with the x-based package manager for RH
5.1. I've already installed the newest version of glint i could find ( i
got the update from the Errata page at the redhat.com site ) and yet the
problem persists. I have even re-installed linux and tried again.
Everytime i tell it to find available packages, it brings up the scanning
for packages window, but does nothing. The status bar never starts. And
i've tried installing packages from my CD-ROM drive and my HD, and the
same thing happens. Anyone out there have a clue or solution to the
problem?
