Dear Friends, I am re-posting this question. I have no clue what so ever about the mailing list of SMAIL. So, here is my problem: How can I enable auto confirmation for all my sent mail through smail. In my /var/spool/smail/log/logfile I found the following entries: ------------------------------- 08/10/98 17:54:53: [m0z5rTQ-002gldC] received | from: [EMAIL PROTECTED] | host: tlpk.com [192.0.0.9] | protocol: smtp | program: sendmail | orig-id: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> | size: 2183 bytes 08/10/98 17:55:17: [m0z5rTQ-002gldC] delivered | via: europa3.danzas.com | to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] | orig-to: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> | router: inet_hosts | transport: smtp ------------------------------------------- and I just want the 'delivered' portion mailed back to sender (who in this case is [EMAIL PROTECTED]). Can someone suggest me some perl script for it, or some sophisticated way to do it through Smail by itself! Please help!! Thanks. LPU.
