Netscape and IE cgi differences.

Hi everyone,
        I'm having a headache here I hope someone can help with.

I've written a basic script that searches a database and returns a listing
of products.  This happens very fast and quick successfully with Netscape
any version, BUT if you use Internet Explorer then my code always returns
No matches found, which means that it isn't parsing any of the data.

Does anyone now if there is any differences between a IE Perl request
and Netscape Perl request?
