Are you sure you don't already have it, under the name e2fsck? It's an odd
distribution that doesn't include it. But if not ...

One place to get it is in the package e2fsprogs-1.06.tar.gz at URL
ftp://sunsite.unc.edu/pub/Linux/system/filesystems/ext2/ .

In the Slackware (3.6) distribution, it is part of package e2fsbn.tgz
located (at sunsite) at URL
ftp://sunsite.unc.edu/pub/Linux/distributions/slackware/slakware/a2/ . This
is version 1.12, a bit newer then the one listed above.

Sunsite will have the binaries from the Red Hat and Debian distributions as
well, but you'll need to track down the exact package (somewhere in
ftp://sunsite.unc.edu/pub/Linux/distributions/ yourself). One of them may
have yet a newer version of the program.
