You have different sections for loading different OS's.
For Example, you probably have a Linux section and a DOS/Win section.
The default OS is the one that is listed first.
So... change the order in your /etc/lilo.conf file.
Also, read the lilo man pages, and the LILO-mini-HOWTO. Good reading!
