Hello all,
I've just installed X-CD-Roast and did a few tests and everything
looks fine.
Still I 've got a small problem;
I have installed an ordinary CD-Romdrive as sec. slave working perfect,
now I got myself
a HP7200i plus CD-RW that I installed as sec. master (as mentionned in
the manual).
The HP works fine with the program (I use the NEW PHILIPS driver) and
burnd a CD-R
with the Master CD-type, as Image Type I've set Rock-Ridge+Win95/NT.
Now when I boot Linux it doesn't find the CD-Romdrive
annymore (/dev/hdb: no responce)
Has it got something todo with the SCSI-emu as all this hardware is
ATAPI? How do I fix this? I can mount the HP as /dev/sr0 trough /dev/sr7
but it doesn't seem to get in touch with the ordinairy CD-romdrive.
Or is it possible that the CD-Romdrive doesn't support SCSI-emulation?
Thanx for anny help,
Jeroen
