hello everyone. I had previously posted mail asking for help in awk/sed,
and lawson whitney, peter flinkfelt, ray olszewski, and most of all cort
(<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>) had helped me out extensively. (thanx cort
once again for those well commented scripts!)

i have another question tho'

this is the scenario: i have a file in which there are multiple entries
of the same email address...e.g.:

<the_file>
....
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
....

excerpt from the file shows that there are two entries of
[EMAIL PROTECTED] and [EMAIL PROTECTED] I want to remove all the rest
as i want only a single entry for each email address (1
[EMAIL PROTECTED] and 1 [EMAIL PROTECTED] in this case).

anyone?

thanx in advance.
