I've installed gnome with my windowmaker and i've been using it using my
root account ... , i've personalized the panel with my own icons , and
shortcuts to run ( the tiger icon ) , to shutdown , netscape , etc.
now , i'm using my personal a/c ( sam ) and i want to have those exact
panel and icons in my sam's window . i've tried copying the whole .gnome
into my non-root dir and chown and chgrp every file to be owned by sam
... i did a startx , but i still have an empty new panel without the
shortcuts .. please help ..
