Navigator 4.5 - is it fixed?

Does anyone know if the Navigator 4.5-1 rpm as seen on the redhat
contrib site fixed all the nast bugs the 4.5 version <tarball> had.

If not does anyone know of a fixed version of 4.5, preferably in tar
format
