I don't know sudo... With my RH 5.2, there two scripts that control the
PPP link, and I use them, and give all users the privelige to
enable/disable the link.
/sbin/ifup ppp0
/sbin/ifdown ppp0
I believe the scripts are made (configured?) by the linuxconf program.
