I had used KDE until my box became a server.  I used KOffice quite a bit
and the presentation software in KOffice is quite nice.  I use Powerpoint a
lot at work and I found the KOffice version easy to use with most of the
same abilities. As a plus, the native format of the KOffice presentation
files are XML, and well structured too. I can't offer a comparision on the
drawing program though, I use Visio and Canvas.
