Clock settings

I admit defeat. I have tried to find reference for setting the clock
correctly. A little history: During the install of Caldera OpenLinux, I
misunderstood the time zone setting panel and set it wrong. Now my system
gives the time 6 hours off. How do I reset the time zone offset?
