I'm having problems with Apache. I log on as nobody to start the server
using ./apachectl start and get no error problems "./apachectl start:
http started" then while logged on as another user I try
http://localhost/ and Netscape gives me this error
- Netscape's network connection was refused by the server:
localhost
The server may not be accepting connections or
may be busy.
Try connecting again later.
Anybody know what's wrong here?
