copying files L -> W

Hello all,

I want to copy files for Linux (.tar.gz-files for example) to Windows.
I'm having trouble with burning multisesion cd-rom in Linux...
But it doesn't work, if I download an .exe-file in Linux and copy it to
my Win
partition it's no problem, but no 'Linux-file'.
I checked that they have the same permissions, it gives me a 'perhaps
access
denied'
Someone...?
