A fixme is a call for help from the Wine program:  it knows it's being
asked to do something, but it has no idea what.  Perhaps it doesn't
matter, I get the impression most windows api calls don't really do
anything anyway.  If you don't know either, you can shut it up by saying

wine -debugmsg -all <windows program>

or see man wine for fine tuning of debugmsgs.  I think you might have to
do a make and make install in documentation to get the manpage and info.
