        Why?  Do you have any reason?  mount normally is used by root.
This is also a security measure.  And root specifies the fstype.  Why in
the world use /etc/fstab?  That file is just for partitions that have to
be mounted at boot time and for those who want to let other users mount
the floppy or the CD.  All he has to do would be to change the ext2 part
with msdos in this case, if security ain't an issue.  And rember to use
tabs, not spaces in this file.  And as usual what's the big deal?  Both
mount and fstab have man pages.
