Hostname Question

My hostname shows up in Microsoft Networking as h131136 i want to chage this to 
somehting else.  This gets assigned by DHCP.  Is there anyway to assign this so that 
DHCP wont change it??  I want to have my PC show up under a different name in MS 
Network Neighborhood.
