Actually, the version of WordPerfect I tested yesterday, is 90 days
use-limited, then it requires a serial number. So you must buy it, which
is not a problem - because, yes, it runs like a Porsche Boxter (it
takes 1-2 seconds to load on my Pentium 200), is as simple to install as
-let's say- a RPM-packed program, and, YES, is great, is a good piece of
work.
As about StarOffice, I'd go out to fill a form, but I succeded in
configuring my Linux as I wanted ;-), and in a few days I'll delete the
GUI, XWindows, everything that has to do with graphical mode. I'll begin
something more interesting. ;-)
But I'd love to see StarOffice one day, I've heard only good things about
it.
