hello everyone. i've a question to ask about pine.. i noticed that
with version 4.05 there are times when it suddenly goes into read-only
mode despite the fact there is only 1 session running. can anyone provide
an explanation to this? earlier versions of pine (3.xx) have never behaved
in this manner, in my experience.

It could have been an organically based disturbance of the brain --
perhaps a tumor or a metabolic deficiency -- but after a thorough
neurological exam it was determined that Byron was simply a jerk.
