Hey,
I'm wondering-- in the console, when an application wants to beep, it
beeps. =) In an xterm, under X, though, it blinks the xterm. Is there a
way to allow the program underenath to beep the speaker-- or is it because
the xterm is being treated like a remote connection, you can't do that?
Just wondering. I'd like PINE to beep when it's in an xterm windows when
I get new mail... I'm starting to use X because I need the graphical
Internet connection more and more... :-)
