Hi all, I am running linux (Slackware 3.6) using a "Helios 3D Voodoo Rush" 2D+3D Combo card. Anyway, the problem is that X-windows setup does not have my card model in the database. Therefore, the X-windows will not start if I use any color count more than 256. I saw in a linux book that with superprobe and MakeCard, I will be able to customize the config file to suit my graphics card. However, I could not find the file MakeCard anywhere. Can anyone help? And if possible, is there any tips to make my card work full blast in X-windows. Thanks!!
