Webmaster login

[Justin Wilson]

    I am thinking about adding the login "webmaster" to my linux system.  
However everything I have read on usernames say they should be 8 characters or
less.  What is the deal? I see all kinds of sites with webmaster, which is 9
characters. What issues are involved?
