VIRGINIA (CNN) - America Online's (AOL) CEO Steve Case has admitted having a
sexual relationship with 17 year old Pop artist Britney Spears. Case's
attorney refused to comment yesterday. Spear's family and agency hired two
civil attorneys from Texas to defend her in this case. "I can't believe this
happened" Said Melissa Huen, 16, Britney Spears fan from Louisiana.

The relationship started in early March when America Online contacted the
young music queen, Britney Spears for a live chat scheduled yesterday, March
25th, 1999. An AOL security officer noticed explicit instant messages coming
America Online's CEO Steve Case to the computer where America Online had
assigned Spears a computer for the live chat event.

The courts will open a public hearing Tuesday to consider whether America
Online's CEO Steve Case should face charges he had sexual relationships
with the 17 year old artist.

Mr. Case allegedly forced Spears into cyber sex. Even though Case and Spears
where in the same building at the time. An America Online Janitor who does
not want to be identified told CNN yesterday that in mid February 1999, when
he was doing a daily clean out of Case's office he found magazine pictures
of Spears with pen marking hearts on the pictures.

"It is highly usual for a male member of a large corporation to have
improper sexual relationships and contact with a young female, The Bill and
Monica Scandal is a perfect example" Said Phil Goldman, Lawyer now teaching
at Duke University law school.

Case was acquitted of the sexual misconduct charges, but the decision to
allow Case's removal from his own company is in the hands of the jury.
