I need help setting up a Mac PPC 6100 with MkLinux DR3. I originally purchased
DR3 and it would always fail on the install, half-way through. So, I went to
the previous version DR2.1. It installed very nicely. I installed the apache
RPM file, but not sure if it working upon boot. Also, I want to try upgrading
the DR2.1 to DR3 with the installer I have on the CD, but when I change the
root=/dev/ it keeps giving me a bootstrap.conf not found error. I understand
that there is a difference in the naming of the scsi id between DR2.1 and DR3,
but it still cannot find it. Also, I thought that I read somewhere that some
IBM drives may fail when loading DR3. Is that the case? I do have this running
on an IBM drive.
