Hello, Well I got a copy of SO 5.01 to install on my work PC, and the net installation went okay. I registered at their web site and received a customer ID and registration key. However, when I try to run the setup program as a user it asks for a 'personal key'. What's this? According to their FAQ this is issued after registration (i.e. with the customer ID, etc). I never saw any such thing though. I gather from their web site that support for the free version of SO is basically whatever is on the web site. I tried using the customer Id - no good, and the registration key didn't work either (yesy I did check for numbers and the like, and I did print off the page to be sure, and the e-mail I received). I installed SO 5.0 on my home PC with no problems, and apart from registering I can't say I had to get a 'personnel key' for that. Anyone any advice about this? Thanks.
