Hello,

I upgraded my computer and also both the OS on it. Previously i was
working with Win95 and Slackware,

Now i have installed Win 98 and Redhat 5.0 on my computer.

In slackware all the dos and windows drives were mounted automatically,
in red hat it doesn;t do so. I tried mounting my win 98 partition which
is FAT32 but could not do so.

I can access other FAT partions in my computer with the command
mount -t msdos /dev/hdc5 /mnt/dosd
But all the long file names are lost and i get files in 8.3 format,

How can i mount the FAT as well as FAT32 drives properly in Redhat. Do i
need to get a patch ??
this is important as i move stuffs from work to home on a zip drive and
lots of tar, rpm etc are now in my win drives. i cannot access it.

Hope to get some help, thanks in advance
