Actually, my /etc/services (Slackware 3.4) has the same, "broken" entries.
Since one rarely runs a Web server through inetd, an error here would
usually not affect anything. But if the entry is common, I wonder if it is
in fact an error? My copy of _Web Performance Tuning_ notes that UDP is the
protocol of choice for streaming audio -- might that apply to httpd-based
services?
