Im thinking of buying a cd-burner to my computer and will probably do so
within a week. The problem is that most cd-burners come with win-only software.
I did a search for burner programs and looked at linuxberg and freshmeat, and
found quite a few, the problem is that there are too many.
Has anybody here experience of cd-burners under linux ? What is the best
program ? i would also like if the program could burn an (dd or another) image
of another cd to make an exact copy ie. bootable and/or playable as music cd in
an ordinary cd player.
I dont know yet if im going to buy a SCSI or EIDE burner if that is relevant
for the software
(I dont know if you say "burn cd" in english but thats a direct translation
from swedish, I want to write to the cd, but you probably understood that)
