You must be running under a system that has the rpm installation tool
installed (RedHat, SuSe) 
and use this command rpm -Uvh filename

It might occur that you will get a version error, in that case use rpm
-U --force filename

No support for this card is present as I am waiting for it too, I do
know that it is currently being developed by 4front ( www.opensound.com
) and they are expecting that the driver will be out 4th quarter this
year...
