Making a linux CD-ROM

Good Afternoon!

Could anyone share some information concerning downloading linux from a web
site and making your own CD-ROM?  I'm thinking of downloading Caldera
Openlinux 2.2 and cutting a CD.  I have the boot disk, but I don't know what
files or directories are necessary for an install CD.

Anybody know?
