Ok, sadly i finally had to install win 98, my first time using any win
version on my own computer :(
I did like this, disconnected my master hd (hda) and used another minor
hd my hdb as the primary master while installing win, so i finally got
a bootable win 98 installation on it. Now i swithced back so that my
linux and lilo drive is hda and my win 98 drive is hdb, set up
LILO using gnome linuxconfig and then updated LILO.
What im getting when i boot win 98 with lilo is a "non system disk or
disk error " from windows (yes i know its win and not bios cause i
have a swedish win version and an english bios).
I thought that i might depend on me having win 98 on the primary slave
drive and that it doesnt like that could it be so ? I know I could
always switch drives and make hdb -> hda and reversed and then install
lilo onto the mbr of the win disk but i would like to boot from my linux
drive cause its much faster and then it feels better having linux on
the master drive and not let microsoft win :)
