Glad you reposted your earlier message; I didn't recall what it was.
Whatever your full set of problems might be with your cards, it's pretty
clear that your *first* problem is with isapnp. You probably already know
more than I do about isapnp, since I don't use it.
But to answer your immediate question ... your boot scripts are in
/etc/rc.d, and they are various scripts that begin with "rc". They are a
series of shell scripts that init runs as part of the boot process
(actually, init runs one or two of them (specified in /etc/inittab), they
call some others, and so on). If you need help with finding specific
scripts, you'll need to get it from a Red Hat user on the list ... but this
is the general location common to all modern Linux distributions.
