To anyone who can help: have a question regarding the ruserd dameon...i tried to use the /usr/bin/rusers service but I keep getting this error..... [root@gator1/root]# rusers -l 128.220.101.100 rusers: RPC: Program not registered I did a MAN on it and it said: rusers: RPC: Timed out - A communication error occurred. Either the network is excessively congested, or the rpc.rusersd(8) daemon has terminated on the remote host. Does this mean they have disabled the dameon on the remote host??? <<...>> James D.
