I dont know, i have never given it any thought, the reason i am answering
this mail is because i am interested in knowing why thats nessacary to know.
As far as i know a shell script will do anything you want, of course you
being root (for everything), irespective of where you execute it from.
Anyway i would imagen it is possable, its just that i would have to give a
some thought, possably others might know a more direct answer for you.
