Why would you install Mandrake 5.3 after redhat 6.0 ???
mandrake 5.3 is based on 2.0.x kernels and all the stuff that goes with
it.
Redhat 6.0 uses the more recent 2.2.x kernels.
so if you already installed redhat 6.0 and you are happy with it, keep it
(it is the most recent from both distrib)
Mandrake 5.3 is in fact a redhat 5.2 distrib with some add-ons that
redhat 6.0 have incorporated anyway ...
If you want to use two different distribs to get use to differences under
Linux, choose something else than two kind of redhat distributions. I
used both and the differences are really just in changing the kernel from
2.0.x to 2.2.x
so i don't see the point
hope this helps
