Interesting--now my lookup succeeds.  I also note that one of the
nameservers appears to have a misspelling (which is not just a
transcription error by Ray).  One is "tradeneTsl.lk" the other is just
"trandenesl.lk".

The ISP may be updating DNS as we speak.  Try this again in a day or
two.
