In the Netscape browser, click on the 'edit' menu, then select preferences,
this will open the Preferences window. On the left hand side there is a tree
like structure that has a bunch of preferences, the top level of the tree is
the appearance level. In that level you can adjust the font size and colors
for Netscape.
