Hi,

I'm trying to install VNC (www.uk.research.att.com/vnc) to get remote X
access to my monitor-less Linux box. I've come across a problem that someone
might be able to help me with.

I have the wrong X font path in the VNC setup - the FAQ suggests that I go
into a normal X session and type "xset q". The only problem is that, because
the machine is in a cupboard, this is tricky! Is there any way of finding
out the X font path without X?

The machine is running RedHat 5.1 and I have telnet access fine. And X
worked when I had a monitor so that's not the problem (I hope!).

Any suggestions much appreciated,

Chris
