I don't want to defend Tom's rudeness ... but you might have gotten a more
helpful response if you had described your problem. The list gets at least
one message a week from someone who has simply forgotten how to unsubscribe,
and I too assumed you fell into that category.

I assume (I hope, actually) there is no way to unsubscribe from an account
other than the one you are subscribed from. If there were, I (or anyone
else) could simply unsubscribe anyone whose postings I found annoying (now
isn't that an entertaining thought?). Usually this type of unsubscribing
requires intervention by the list owner, but since this list seems to be
owned by Godot, that's not a solution either.
