Yes. Try metalab, specifically URL 

ftp://metalab.unc.edu/pub/Linux/distributions/redhat/redhat-6.0/i386/images/

You want either boot.img or bootnet.img from this directory, I imagine. It
also contains pcmcia.img and rescue.img .

Its' probably somewhere on the redhat ftp site (I imagine this is
ftp://ftp.redhat.com, but I didn't check this) as well, but I generally find
metalab easier to locate things at than Red Hat.
