Hi !

        It should work if you install the x server and run the xf86config again
choosing the right server, at least i think that's worth a try. In my
RedHat 5.2 distrib you can choose the SVGA server easily, coz it came with
the whole system. My xf86config gives me even a list of a lot of graphics
cards, so maybe there you can find a matching entry too (dunno how many
there are, i always stopped at 45 for my ATi Xpert@work).
