lilo.conf problem

This is my lilo.conf file. I am using RH5.2. I am using Linux and Win98
on the same machine.

boot= /dev/hda
map= /boot/map
install= /boot/boot.b
prompt
timeout=50
other= /dev/hda1
    label=dos
    table= /dev/hda
image=/boot/vmlinuz-2.0.36-0.7
    label=linux
    root= /dev/hda5
    read-only

In spite of this lilo.conf file I boot straight into linux when
according to the file I should boot into dos.

How do I get over this problem
