Hello all,

I have a question about the DNS service. I set up a home LAN as below..

Machine A (Gateway among two subnets & ISP)
********************************************************
ppp0   --> ISP
ether0 --> Machine B 192.168.0.1/27  gat.aaa.honyu.net  (subnet aaa)
ether1 --> Machine C 192.168.0.33/27 nat.bbb.honyu.net (subnet bbb)

Machine B (subnet 'aaa' 1st host)
********************************************************
ether0 --> Machine A 192.168.0.2/27  suse.aaa.home.net

Machine C (subnet 'bbb' 1st host)
********************************************************
ether0 --> Machine A 192.168.0.34/27 debian.bbb.home.net

My ISP provides me a free 'domain name' to me. May I apply a domain name
'@home.net' for the whole LAN?

I will setup BIND, SENDMAIL, APACHE at machine A. I would like to
see this server carries with www.honyu.net, smtp.honyu.net rather than
www.aaa.honyu.net, smtp.aaa.honyu.net....etc. In other words, I want to hide
two subnets from outsides even in 'Domain name' level. Thus, may I apply
the domain name '@honyu.net' for my home LAN including two subnet?
Besides, what configuration files need to change?

Rgds,
Hon-Yu Lawrence Cheung
